Statement

Art is my language of transformation. Through abstract acrylic painting and fluid techniques, I explore the tension between control and surrender, structure and chaos, the personal and the cosmic. My work is deeply influenced by my lived experiences—navigating Bipolar Disorder, Postpartum Depression, and the journey of self-discovery. Painting allows me to transmute raw emotion into something tangible, something that speaks beyond words.

I embrace fluidity, both in technique and meaning. The way paint moves, mingles, and settles on the canvas mirrors life’s unpredictability—sometimes delicate, sometimes forceful, always evolving. I find beauty in imperfection, in the organic forms that emerge when I let go. My work is not about capturing a static moment but about evoking a feeling, a shift, a recognition of something unspoken within the viewer.

At its core, my art is about connection. I want people to see themselves in the movement, the layers, the depths of color. I want them to feel something—whether it's a sense of resilience, reflection, or release. Through my work, I invite others to embrace the fluidity of their own experiences, to find power in vulnerability, and to see transformation not as an end, but as an ongoing journey.
